The Complicated History of Jin, Kazuya, and Heihachi

The Beginning of the Mishima Feud
The Mishima family has never been peaceful. Heihachi Mishima, the powerful leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu, had a son, Kazuya. But instead of raising him with care, he threw Kazuya off a cliff as a child, believing only the strong deserved to survive. Kazuya barely survived, but his hatred for his father grew stronger.
Kazuya’s Revenge and the Devil Gene
Surviving the fall awakened a dark power within Kazuya. He inherited the Devil Gene, an unknown force that made him stronger but also dangerous. Fueled by revenge, he returned years later, defeated Heihachi, and took control of the Mishima Zaibatsu. However, Heihachi wasn’t one to give up easily.
Heihachi’s Return and Jin’s Involvement
Heihachi eventually regained his power, but the cycle of revenge didn’t end there. Kazuya had a son, Jin Kazama, with Jun Kazama. When Jun disappeared, Jin was raised by Heihachi, who trained him to become a powerful fighter. But Heihachi had his own plans. Once Jin became strong, Heihachi betrayed him, just as he had done to Kazuya.

Father vs Son vs Grandson
The Mishima bloodline became a battlefield. Kazuya and Heihachi fought for control, while Jin, now aware of his Devil Gene, wanted to end the curse once and for all. Their conflicts became the core of Tekken’s story, with each battle pushing the limits of their power and hatred.
A Never-Ending War
The Mishima family feud continues to shape the Tekken series. With betrayals, power struggles, and supernatural abilities, their story is one of the most intense rivalries in gaming history. Jin, Kazuya, and Heihachi are bound by blood, but all they see in each other is an enemy.
